Clipping MaX stores project files for a limited period (usually 30 days) for backup purposes.
After that, we may delete them without notice. Please download and back up your files promptly.
We respect client privacy. All images and data provided to Clipping MaX are treated as confidential and will not be shared, sold, or used for any purpose other than completing your project.
All original images remain the property of the client.
Edited images are owned by the client once full payment has been made.
Clipping MaX reserves the right to use sample (non-confidential) images for marketing or portfolio purposes unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing.
Clipping MaX shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific project in question.
